About me
Hi! I'm Kaysee Hill, founder of Panthera, a bean-to-bar chocolate maker and educator based in Savannah, Georgia. My favorite part of chocolate isn't just how it tastes (an obvious first choice), it's how it brings people together. My session, Connection Through Chocolate, explores chocolate as more than a food. Throughout history it has connected cultures, communities, celebrations, and conversations, and I believe it still has that power today. Whether we're sharing a tasting with strangers, learning the story behind a cacao origin, or simply slowing down long enough to really experience a piece of chocolate, connection is at the heart of it all.
